Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Brage Ellingsæter is born in Oslo, Norway. He has a MSc in wireless communications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He is currently a PhD student at the University of Oslo in the area of cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum access.
