Dr. Gebre Miruts Beyene is Assistant Professor of Public Management, currently working at Ethiopian Civil Service University. He is an International Journal Editor @ Canadian Center for Science and Education Research. He has Ph.D in Public Management, MA in Urban Management, BA in Management and Diploma in Geography.
