The work on symmetric rectangular double barrier was done by Md. Abdus Samad and the work on symmetric double barrier of general shape was done by Dipak Dash as two separate M.S. theses in 2011 in Department of Physics, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology http://www.sust.edu, Sylhet 3114, Bangladesh, under supervision of Dr. Sujaul Chowdhury schowdhuryphy@yahoo.com, a faculty of the Department.
