In addition, the data can also used by scholars, students, and other concerned citizens from across the region and the nation.

Mrs. Mano Ranjitham Balasingham is aged 45 and an advocate by profession. To become a Panchayat president she left her profession of being a public prosecutor. This is her long cherished dream to become a Panchayat president of her Village. She has prepared Human Development Report for her Village.
