Dr.Quan-Fang Wang awarded Master, Doctor degrees in Systems and Computer Sciences,Mathematical and Material Sciences,Kobe University, Japan 1999, 2002. Via Chinese Academy of Sciences,she worked at Chinese University of Hong Kong 2004. Dr. Quan-Fang Wang is included in the Marquis Who's Who in the World 28-th edition 2011 and 31-st edition 2014.
