As mobile devices are becoming the popular portals for internet users, it has exposed some basic design limitations of the dominant Transmission Control Protocol. Biografía del autor
The author obtained his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar in 2004. He completed his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar in 2009. Currently the author is working as the Principal of Peshawar College of Engineering, Pakistan.
