In this work I introduce a new theory of software development cycle. I also develop a software which is successfully implemented by using this cycle. In this world 80% of software failed only for a good development cycle. The developers develop the software but at last can’t implement it. In our country software failure percentage is about 94%. Its harm our technology a lot. So this work is a small try from me to make a new software development cycle that will make the developers to develop successful software. I have developed a web based software for Daffodil Computers limited. This software will help them to manage their PC selling and receiving system. The main goal of my work is to reduce the software failure percentage in Bangladesh.
