The shape analysis performed by our brain is very complex, but it is performed so quickly and in such a natural way that we usually don't think about this intrinsic complexity. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Giuseppe Claudio Guarnera graduated in Computer Science from the University of Catania in 2009 and received a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science in 2013. He is contract researcher at DISCo (Department of Informatics, Systems and Communication) of the University of Milano-Bicocca. His interests include Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.
