High-rise housing for low-income people is a very controversial topic, with high-rise low-income housing failing in some countries and succeeding in others. He has completed PhD and MUP in Urban planning(Bond),M.Sc in Urban Housing (Lund), B.Sc. in Valuation (jayawardanapura).He has over 15 years work experience in Urban Planning and specialized in Low-income Housing.
