Globalization has spread broadly and has been recognized in the world at the present time. The United Nations ESCWA says that globalization is not a new phenomenon. It began towards the end of the 19th century, but it slowed down during the period from the start of the First World War until the third quarter of the 20th century. Munkhselenge Purevdorjiin is a lecturer at the National University of Mongolia, researching on Sales Contracts; Private International Law. She has received LL.B. degree from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo, Japan; LL.M. degree from Wake Forest University, NC. She is a committed international scholar fluent in English, Japanese, Russian and Turkish.
