Image processing is one of the most promising technology in the field of bio metrics, identification, recognition etc. In this book the author proposed neural network based face recognition using Principal Component Analysis. The proposed system uses standard database for testing and classification. The results obtained by neural network based face recognition using PCA are more competent and accurate compared to result obtained using PCA. The recognition ratio by using PCA is 85% and the recognition ratio by using Neural network & PCA is above 98%.
