The theoretical concept of the dielectric constant, which is an important dielectric property of matter, has been discussed.

Dr.Suresh Sagadevan is the Associate Professor & Head of the Physics Department in Sree Sastha Institute of Engineering & Technology, Chennai. He has published 110 research papers in reputed International and National journals. He has published 7 International text books. His area of research includes crystal growth and nanotechnology.
