The author is a holder of Master of Education in educational planning and economics of education. Currently pursuing Doctor of philosophy in the same field at Kenyatta university. She is married to Wilson Kipkemboi Yego. Mother of two sons;Victor and Timon. She is a dedicated teacher by profession.
