Puff pastry is one of the popular appetizer in several countries. So Ready to bake fish puffs were developed which can be stored in chilled conditions before baking.

Amita R. Jain has completed her post graduation in fish processing technology at College of Fisheries Ratnagiri (MS) India. She has developed many Ready To Cook Sea food stuffed products like Fish stuffed Rolls, Fish Stuffed Samosa (Indian stuffed pastry), Fish stuffed Spirals etc. Recently she is working as a Senior Research Fellow.
