The main protagonists of this book are cellular DNA organelles, strings, water, DNA and presumed new astroparticle - “mislion”. In chapter 2. the new hypothesis of the origin of nucleus and mitochondrion will be disscused. Chapter 4. with origin of mitochondrion and plastids in plants based on the existence of mitoplastide genome as a vestige of archaeal genome evolution and duplication. In the chapter 5. new fortcoming ribosomal compartment was predicted. Development of a new ribosomal organelle, and cancer cell as a result of reversible evolution (chapter 3), is a consequence of above hypothesis. Chapter 6, 7, and 8 are an attempt to explain the reason of our existence. The development of string theory has opened a completely new chapter and the way of thinking we are living in. Tightly connection between DNA, water and strings, as well as his proprieties, lead to the idea that the soul is the shelter of our thoughts. To explain what is happening in the DNA world, one should consult adaptive mutation and quantum evolution in Biology. The choice of corressponding quantum superposition, quantum multivers, can be explained by “mislion”.
