Rakesh Kumar Pandey: PhD in Physics from BHU is a lecturer. He has published several research paper and books of international repute. He has derived for the first time analytical expressions for structure factor using OZ equation under MMSA for CAP and for space expansion rate, and has established a new uncertainty limit of mass-time measurements.
