The science of vehicle dynamics has flourished throughout the 20th century. Scientists worked on practical approaches to quantify the motion of vehicles; then came the era of tire modelling followed by the era of digital simulations and vehicle dynamics control. He is currently with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. His current research interest includes vehicle dynamics control, vehicle state and parameter estimation
