Dr. Ashanta Ranjan Routray is working as Assistant Professor in Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Orissa. He has completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering,M.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu in 2001 and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Fakir Mohan University.
