Blagovest Kirilov is a technology executive, entrepreneur and lecturer at technical universities with more than two decades of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, digital transformation, organisational improvement and public administration. He has founded and led international IT organisations serving companies across Europe. He has also served three terms as a Member of the Bulgarian Parliament and as Deputy Minister of Electronic Governance. Drawing on experience from business, government and academia, his work focuses on transforming requirements, standards, technology and data into operating systems that generate reliable evidence and sustained improvement. The Process of Things brings this experience together in a practical method for leaders responsible for operational change.
