Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Thomas Münkel is an insurance manager, board member and angel investor in start-ups. He has many years of experience in the insurance industry, including as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Governance Officer at Allianz SE and as Chief Operating Officer at UNIQA Insurance Group. He is familiar with the insurtech sector as co-founder and CEO of Coya AG (later Luko Insurance AG) and as an investor and board member in other fintech companies. Thomas Münkel holds a degree in psychology from the University of Heidelberg. He teaches at Johannes Kepler University in Linz on the topics of digitalisation and artificial intelligence in the insurance industry. With contributions by: Max Bachem, Alexander Bockelmann, Christina Lucas, Christoph Nabholz, Igor Raicevic, Danilo Raponi, Brian Walsh, Simon Woodward and Michael Zimmer
