This work builds upon research emphasizing the heterogeneity of the brain tumor microenvironment, the importance of patient-derived models, the role of extracellular vesicles in tumor progression, and the potential of artificial intelligence. By exploring these intricate interactions, we can unlock new avenues for therapeutic intervention and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
