Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Als promovierter Physiker arbeitet Herr Friedrichs seit mehreren Jahren in der Problemlösung eines multinationalen deutschen Unternehmens. Neben der aktiven Arbeit an Fällen, unterstützt er als Trainer und Coach nationale und internationale Bereiche in der Anwendung. Dabei führt er Trainings in spanischer, englischer und deutscher Sprache durch. Geboren am 9. September 1974 in Mettingen war er schon immer daran interessiert den Dingen auf den Grund zu gehen. Verstehen wie und warum die Dinge so sind wie sie sind, und so funktionieren wie sie funktionieren, ist für ihn die Grundvoraussetzung für das Lösen von Problemen. Zur eigentlichen technischen Problemlösung ist er nach 5 Jahren wissenschaftlicher Forschung in Spanien und der Schweiz sowie über die Arbeit bei verschiedenen größeren Firmen in der Energie- und Automobilindustrie gekommen. Dabei hat er über 30 Publikationen in renommierten wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften veröffentlicht.
