J. F. Loeber is an international development professional with more than 25 years' experience in the United Nations (UN) system, European Union (EU) entities, national systems and the private sector. He has worked in both headquarters and field locations in ten countries on three continents, and has been on 200 official missions globally, foremost in the areas of procurement, logistics, supply chain, contracts, legal affairs, risk management, customer service, administration, human resources, programme and project management, technical cooperation, humanitarian aid, emergency/crisis management, grant management, resource mobilization, conference management, governance/rule of law, human rights, legal systems and diplomacy.
