L'exemplaire est en très bon état, propre et ne comporte aucune annotation. -- (Wikipedia:) Jeanloup Sieff (born November 30, 1933, in Paris; died September 20, 2000, in the same city) was a French photographer. Sieff was born to parents of Polish descent; his father worked as an engineer but died when his son was only three years old. In 1954, Sieff began working as a freelance photographer for the magazine *Elle*; from 1955 onward, he worked as a photojournalist, and from 1956 as a fashion photographer. In 1958 and 1959, he photographed briefly for Magnum Photos and then moved to New York. He lived in Paris starting in 1966. He worked for magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Paris Match, and others. The trained photographer's skillful post-processing is evident in nearly all of his images. His reportage photos and landscape shots demonstrate that he was equally at home in other areas of photography. On June 30, 2010, Christie's auctioned off portrait, landscape, and documentary photographs by Sieff from the collection of German collector Gert Elfering, generating total proceeds of 416,300 euros.
