The book De-constructing the Digital Revolution conclude that the developments in new technology should not only be sought regarding to its material(ist) reflections but also in its power for de-materialization. Hence a possible change (the next evolution) rather should be sought within in its own dynamics, through a new (electronic) theory.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Genco Gulan is a new media artist & a theoretician. He studied Political Science at Bogazici University, Istanbul & Media at New School, New York. He showed his works at ZKM, Pompidou, Rio MAM, Triennale & Pera Museums. Gulan gave lectures at Yale, SVA and Koln Universities. Currently he is teaching at Bogazici, University & Mimar Sinan Academy.
