Dan Weinstock graduated the faculty of electrical engineering at the Technion, Haifa and got his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in 1992 and 1994, respectively. On 2005, he was nominated as Director of Electricity Administration in the Ministry of National Infrastructures. On 2008, he completed his Ph. D. degree in Tel- Aviv University.
