Inhaltsangabe

In today’s age, people are more than ever before searching for answers which concern the meaning of life. Just like the environment is polluted, mankind feels robbed of his inner harmony. Rush, stress and burdens lead to him feeling overwhelmed or stressed out and no longer able to deal with his duties. The longing for inner peace and harmony demands many answers which have been hanging around eternity unsolved. Sentiments and emotions are buried under the everyday loads and demand to be exposed. Is the torero aware that he is torturing a part of creation for pure pleasure? Do the molesters still feel comfortable when they make small children suffer, etc? The ability for self-discovery is often no longer given, respectively it is buried and demands re-orientation of the causality chain (variety of causes). Do the tournament riders know of the torture of their horses which they put them through as a result of their need for admiration? A first important step is letting go and being prepared to accept the predefined destiny. A major orientation towards the right direction is to understand the correlation of body, mind and soul and to influence their oscillations through positive behaviour. The contents of this book are intended to serve the searching person as signpost to inner and outer wellbeing. In parallel to long-term studies of naturopathy, the author Wolfgang Rietig concerned himself in-depth with the mind and soul. The resultant, diverse findings are reflected in the present work. Many coherences therefore appear in a totally new light.
