Outcomes showing the effectiveness of community based organizations in relief stage where international bodies could not reach. Moreover, pointing out the poor role of the government in relief operation. Even though there still many weaknesses in this studies, it will give help to those who willing to learn about the relief operation in Myanmar as reference for their advanced studies.
