According to the research objectives of the monograph following tasks have been put and carried out: - Defined role of the logistics companies in process merchandising; - Defined role, place and tasks of information systems in logistics activity are; - Offered classification of complex automation systems management by the companies from logistics positions; - Offered the order of a choice of the most effective way in automation management in the logistics company on the basis of the business processes analysis in information system; - Developed informational model, allowing to automate a demands acceptance from clients and registration of the deliveries, offering tracing possibility of the demand status, review of history demand; single input of the information on the company, given are saved in base; possibility of review of the quick personal accounts reference and its usage as companies databases. - The applied program application is developed in Visual Studio in language C #.
