The authorMr. George Lomude Lemi born in 1954 is a holder of a Batchelor ofScience degree in Statistics major and Economics minor from theUniversity of Juba.He obtained from Loughborough University ofTechnology in the United Kingdom (UK) in 1986 a Master of Science(M. Sc.) degree in Library and Information Studies.
