Dr. R. Sendilkumar is Associate Professor (Agrl. Extension) serving in Kerala Agricultural University,Thrissur. He received his Ph. D from TamilNadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Risk management Education, Extension Management and Group Dynamics are the key areas of his research. S.S. Arshamon is a Postgraduate research scholar in MBA(ABM)
