Roselyne Mang’ira has M. Phil. in Info.Sc. Moi University and D.Phil. student in the same university. She Heads Chepkoilel University College Library. Solomon Mang'ira holds M.Phil in Environmental Law, PGDE and an Administrator, Moi University. He is pursuing D.Phil. in Environmental Sc. Andrew Kitoi Heads Customer Care in Moi University Library.
