Wojciech Bańczyk, Ph.D. in law, is assistant at the Chair of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University (UJ) in Kraków, director of the American Law Program of the Catholic University of America (Washington D.C.) and UJ and attorney at law.

Dr. Małgorzata Lubelska-Sazanów, LL.M. (University of California, Davis, USA) studied at University of Vienna, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and University of Osnabrück.

PhD Katarzyna Południak-Gierz is an assistant at the Civil Law Department, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, and at the European Legal Studies Institute, University of Osnabrück.

Dr Bartosz Kucia is assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.

Elwira Macierzyńska-Franaszczyk – Dr in law, MBA, is a lawyer and Associate Professor at Kozminski University, Poland, and former research collaborator at the University of Osnabrück. She is member of the Expert Working Group of the Codification Commission of Civil Law.
