Ilja Irmscher, Dr.-Ing., habil., born in 1956, Managing Director of GIVT mbH (Company for Innovative Traffic Technologies). Within the city parking group Dr. Irmscher focuses on planning and consulting in the field of parking. At the same time he is an expert, both publicly appointed and sworn in by the IHK Berlin, for traffic, transport and parking facilities. Furthermore he is recommended as an expert for mechanical parking systems by the ADAC (German Automobile Association).
