These three Kings were also astrologers, philosophers, mathematicians, and learned men. These men were following the star of Jacob, predicted in Numbers 24:17 "A star shall come forth out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel." Interesting, these foreigners represent the pagan nations came to "worship" Jesus. These were Middle Eastern, Mid-Asian, and Asian Kings. The Kings with their dromedaries and caravan of nobles, servants and slaves traveled months to visit the birth of Jesus Christ.
