Como profesoras de escritura creativa, ambas fundaron the Rainbow Writers Workshop, el primer evento de este tipo para escritores lgbtqiap+ de literatura infantil y juvenil. A. R. escribe sobre magia, ciencia, cosas extrañas y los lugares donde todo ello se une. Actualmente vive en las fantásticas montañas de Vermont.
