Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Robert N. Peters was born in Portland, Oregon. He was a Methodist minister for 25 years, then earned the Ph.D degree at the University of Washington. He taught at the University of Oregon and in 1980 received the J.D. degree from the University of Oregon. He then served as a Public Defender Staff Attorney in Lane Couny, Oregon.
