This book deals with the management of the inventory. Structured in four chapters. The first one is a conceptual framework of inventory management (types of inventories, inventory policies, inventory management models,...). The second one treats raw material pricing (FIFO, LIFO, HIFO and WAC) in addition of evoking the reasons for the choosing one of these methods. The last two chapters are reserved respectively for (1) stock control and analysis of variance (MPV and MQV) and (2) the reasons and tools of computerisation of inventory management by referring to a free online management system.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Doctorant et titulaire d'un DEA en comptabilité depuis 2004. Il a eu une première expérience dans le domaine bancaire de 2002 a 2004 et depuis 2004 enseignant universitaire permanent dans les universités tunisiennes. Il a publié deux autres livres se rapportant a la gestion financière et la gestion des connaissances.
