The objective of this work is to understand the basic electrical engineering (i.e. electricity & magnetism) by making simple electrical machines such as generator, transformer & motor. Along with that we also made some small models based on the simple principles of electricity & magnetism, these are a magnetic compass, electrophorus, rheostat, calling bell & microphone. The aim of this Book is to simulate the small, medium and large power system model which includes generation transmission & distribution in a miniature size & to analysis the real scenario or the problems faced. In order to make electrical engineering more acceptable and easier and to diminish the gap between the theory & practical I have opt for this work. The value of this work lies to the understanding of basic laws & principles. These works give us a chance to verify the laws practically. The models are simple in design but have an immense value on understanding the subject, what we have read in the student life, like Faraday's Laws; Fleming's Rule can be easily understandable from our models.

Krishna Sarker received the M. Tech degree in Electrical Power from the University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India, in 2009 and Ph.D from Jadavpur University. Currently, he is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at Techno India Group, India. His research interest includes power system, power electronics (FACTS), DFIG and renewable energy.
