Dr. Rahul Kumar is a Veterinary Officer in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Himachal Pradesh (India). He earned his B.V.Sc. & A.H in 2017 and M.V.Sc. (Veterinary Pathology) from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar (U.P.) in 2019.
