Urine is the waste product of the body and removed from the body. But urine can inform us about the deformalities in the body by analysis of the urine sample. The urine will show deformalities by changing in colour, odour, appearance. Urinalysis consists of all physical, chemical and microscopic studies of the urine. Prepare the different agar medium plates. Grow thw bacteria from the urine sample and then many tests are performed on that plates. Staining techniques will show the characteristics of the bacteria and with the help of biochemical tests we can know about their biochemical properties. With these characteristics we can know about the bacteria. We will test the antibiotic against that bacteria by using antibiotic disc diffusion. We have also perform the growth kinetics. This handbook consists of complete urine analysis (microscopic analysis, different staining techniques, biochemical tests) along with the antibiotic disc diffusion test and growth kinetics of the bacteria, it will be helpful for the researchers as well as for the common people to know about the urinalysis.
