The spread of microorganisms in any facility may contribute to employees or clients’ sickness, absenteeism, loss of productivity and damage to company’s image and reputation. Dr. Ayukekbong is a certified infection preventionist and the director of EpiTech Public Health Canada, an organization that supports facilities meet their infection control initiatives through program development and training. He is also a guest editor to the Canadian journal of infectious diseases and medical microbiology.
