The ultrasonic activation of cutting machining processes focused on rectification, lapping and honing processes. The reconditioning by ultrasonic field welding has demonstrated that the use of ultrasound has considerable influence on the transfer process of the filler material through the electric arc and on the crystallization process. The application of modern recycling technologies for composite materials with rubber matrix involves finding optimal separation technologies of components (rubber and textile or metal inserts) and devulcanization. The use of modern processing technologies allows the transformation of an enterprise into an ecotechnological one. Knowing modern materials processing technologies is especially useful for professionals in the field of machines building or anyone interested in applying them.
