Dr. Nazmie Ibishi-Musliu wurde 1969 im Kosovo geboren und ist Mutter von zwei Kindern. Sie erwarb einen Doktortitel an der Medizinischen Fakultät in Prishtina und promovierte an der Medizinischen Universität in Tirana. Sie ist Mitglied der European Psychiatric Association und der Albanian Psychiatric Association und arbeitet seit 2000 in der Allgemeinpsychiatrie und forensischen Psychiatrie.
