It is our goal to do all we can to evolve the teacher/student dynamic so that student and teacher equity can be achieved to the highest level possible. This book provides a possible pathway for both students and teachers to achieve a higher level of personal and professional success. We believe it is imperative that the education provided to future generations may hinge on our ability to connect with our students.

Ray has been teaching professionally for over 35 years in various academic environments. A Ph.D. in psychology, an Interfaith minister, and an 8th-degree black belt has provided an incredible foundation of knowledge of the human condition. Wesley has a degree in psychology and business management.
