M. Makwae Evans est archiviste III à la Commission des services judiciaires (JSC) des tribunaux de Garissa, au Kenya, et étudiant en master à la Faculté des sciences et technologies de l'information (FIST) de l'université de Kisii, où ses travaux portent sur la gestion des archives et des documents et les technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC). Il a enseigné à l'université de Kisii en tant que chargé de cours.
