English is the most commonly used language throughout the world. It is the major language in various fields. It is very important for cultural and social communication among the different countries. In education, assessment is intended to be a tool that supports learning and helps measure progress of achieving learning outcomes. Assessment for learning (formative assessment) should be focused more than assessment of learning (summative assessment) for better learning through providing learners with ongoing feedback. E-portfolio is considered one of the newest forms of assessment. An E-portfolio is a record of learners' performance and accomplishments during the learning process.
