Cancer is a dreadful disease in which the abnormal cells proliferate without control and invade other parts of the body resulting in tumour. Few are ABC transporters, P-gp, Pten etc. Many drugs with capacity to overcome resistance are listed and included. Cancer cells adapt instantly for every condition and strategies of cancer cells are discussed.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Dr. Esther Priyadharshini hat 2016 und 2008 an der VIT-Universität in Indien einen Doktortitel und einen Master of Science in Biomedizinischer Genetik erworben. Ihre derzeitigen Forschungsinteressen liegen in den Bereichen Krebsbiologie, Antibiotikaresistenz und ESBL-produzierende Bakterien.
