Integrated Event Messenger (IEM), an information system which will be able to manage or organize various events of an organization seamlessly. Thereby the chances of making error in performing the task manually will be minimized. If any organization uses this IEM effectively, it will be able to manage a huge amount of tasks in a shortest possible time. In this thesis, for web application module, we used PHP (for layout design) and MySQL (for database). The system will be able to group the people of the organization as per the upcoming events beforehand. The system will also send SMS containing required information to organize the event to the concerned people. The entire system will be controlled by an administrator who will be responsible to accept or reject the requests from the members of the organization. If the request is accepted, the member will be considered as the User who will be able to initiate SMS.
