But we feel that many of those books are targeting concepts and few are with problems. We feel that many of those books failed to include sufficient worksheets or exercises to check the understanding level of students in the respective domain. Considering the gap, this book is designed to give space to work-out more and to check their understanding level. Three to five exercises were meticulously prepared in each topic and condensed in to five chapters. The best part of this workbook is with the answer key at the end of every chapter. We are sure that this book will be helpful to both students and professors who teach Operations Management. This workbook is the outcome of discussion had with our colleagues and professionals working in Industry and Academia. Dr.V.Prabakaran is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, SNS College of Technology, Tamilnadu, India. He has more than one decade of experience in serving the students in the field of Operations Management. He has published more than 20 research papers and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
